• Delivered within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday between 7am and 7pm.
• Once your order has been processed you will receive an email update with tracking information.
• Please note from 1st January 2021 EU customers are liable to pay local import taxes on orders over the value of £135. This fee will be collected directly from the customer by the courier service (DHL/UPS) in country of import before the release of goods. Please contact your local customs authorities for territory specific import rates.
• Economy delivery free on orders over £200.
• Delivered within 3-5 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Customs duties and taxes are paid by the receiver and not payable by Three Graces London. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine import taxes and costs and a landed cost price, prior to submitting your order.
If you refuse a shipment from Three Graces London you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order to Three Graces London. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed.
