Returns

Free returns on full price items.

To process your return please email info@threegraceslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a return authorisation and shipping label via UPS.

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and gift boxes to be eligible for return.

To avoid paying customs charges on returns please mark “BRITISH RETURN GOODS” externally and include an export invoice (detailed instructions will be provided to you when you request a return).

If you paid import duty and you returned or partially returned your order; you will be entitled to claim this back. Please contact your government customs department with a copy of the invoice provided by us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all sale items.

Other than free returns, all regular return and exchange policy for online orders as described above applies on sale items as per their respective countries.

To process an exchange please email info@threegraceslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, we will then be able to reserve stock based on availability at the time.

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge, to return the stock please follow directions per region.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must email info@threegraceslondon.com within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that we can only repair the item in our in-house atelier or replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.

If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 6-month period from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Once received, returns take up to 3 business days to process. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. The return will be refunded via the original form of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

Items received back will be subject to checks to ensure they are in their original condition. Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused and the cost of sending the order back charged to the customer.

Three Graces London is not responsible for items lost in transit, to minimise risk we suggest you include tracking and insurance.

Returns outside of the 14-day period may be rejected.

Unless the products were received by you damaged or faulty, we will not be obliged to refund to you any shipping or any amounts paid by you to us with respect to export or import taxes and costs.
